Hey, did we forget to mention that we MET MINDY WEISS??! Yup, the one and only! We met the Jessica-Simpson-wedding-planning-guru at The Wedding Salon in LA back in September. She was friendly, upbeat and had amazing energy. I have to admit, Nicole and I became giggling teens spocking her out in the bridal-studded crowd! This was just ONE of the pictures we asked her to take with us... :)
